The Little Rustic House in the Countryside

Nestled within the Montemarcello Magra Vara Regional Park, in the municipality of Lerici, La Rustica is ideal for those seeking the tranquility of nature along with all the amenities offered by the Gulf of Poets! Located on the Rocchetta promontory, the property is detached and fully fenced.Surrounded by trails suitable for both walking and biking, you can easily reach all the main attractions in the area: Lerici and its beaches, Tellaro, Ameglia, and the Monti di San Lorenzo to admire the stunning Golden Butterfly. Access to the property is via a public dirt road, and parking is available on the property. The entrance gate is about 10–15 meters from the parking area. This leads to a small living room with a fireplace, sofa, TV, and air conditioning. Downstairs is the kitchen with a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction stove, toaster oven, and espresso machine. The kitchen opens onto the veranda. From the living room, going up the stairs leads to the loft, where the bedroom is located. All doors and windows are fitted with security bars. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are provided. Air conditioning is in working order. Outdoor gazebo.
The town of Lerici charges a tourist tax, payable upon check-in. The amount is 4 euros per night for the first 7 nights, per person (some categories are exempt).
Not suitable for people with limited mobility due to the presence of stairs, both inside the house and in the garden.
