"La chambre impeccable. Très simple spacieuse et ultra propre.Petit problème dans la salle de bains. Le tuyau de douche était en mauvais état. Je pense qu il faudrait le réparer rapidement avant qu il ne se casse complètement. "Well located to the city’s sights. Very friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with leaving luggage after checkout. The hotel buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast options and was good value for money especially as many local cafes don’t open until quite late"

"The included breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful. One of the superior rooms we paid for was not very superior and in the attic with no windows at all. We changed down to a regular room, which was lovely, but couldn't get a refund because we prepaid. It was a beautiful historic place and the small plunge pool was refreshing. Parking was close by and very close to Haro and the wine tasting and trails to bike and walk. great base for Rioja wine visit"

"Nice room in old building, a/c just about coped with 38c outside. Decent breakfast and reasonably priced dinner (onsite restaurant was not open when we stayed). Location is ok but it was a drive or bus to get into the city. The nice Salburua nature reserve can be accessed close by with good walking/birding and cycling. "

"Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow. There is a mini fridge if that is something you need! Great breakfast! "

"Great location, easy accessible by public tram, and easy walk to old town, with good restaurants and good sightseeing. The Florida park across for hotel added benefit. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful in assisting with the planning of our daily activities. Would definitely return. "
