"Nice and quiet with comfortable bed and properly functioning air conditioner unit. Great night's sleep. Breakfast was minimal. No attendant on a Saturday morning, in fact nobody from the motel to be seen anywhere. There was no coffee!!!"
"The employees are great, very kind i was so tired I could barely keep my eyes open and it was not even close to 3 pm to check in but I took a chance and he did hesitate to offer to let me check in right then and there i think it was around 11 am, pretty sure he could tell from my face how exhausted I was. The place is very quiet close to many food options (walking distance) rooms are what you pay for. The main thing that I enjoyed because it seems like no matter where or what brand or what state in my experience you have people start knocking on your door hours and hours and hours before checkout to makes urethane you are aware that you have to check out in 3 hours or rebook your room, and they dont just do this once or twice sometime even a 3rd time.. well not these folks they didn't bother me one single bit at all and I even may have b33n a lll late leaving my room.
So all and all if your tired and cheap and just want what ya pay for this place has it."
"The hotel was in a good location in Casey. Short walks to see the "big things" , and nearby restaurants. Railroad tracks are very close so there was train noise at times.
Currently the hotel is being renovated. The hotel building was built in 1890. The entry is a little rough looking. But appears clean.
The desk clerk is virtual, on a screen, when you enter. He is located remotely. Always helpful if anything needed.
Our room was on the first floor (an ADA room). There was plenty of space.
A downside for some might be that the TV is a ROKU. So no TV available, unless you have a ROKU app."
"The new owners have accomplished a very successful renovation! We will definitely stay here again!
This hotel is very clean & the staff are kind, friendly & will help make your stay as comfortable as possible."
