New built apartment situated right in the centre of Commercial Street in Lerwick. Finished to an exceptionally high standard this apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Shetland with the benefit of being next to all the amenities.

What sets this property apart is the location! Situated in the middle of commercial street and split over two floors this apartment has views across Commercial Street and is a few seconds away from all of the shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartment door is accessed from the bottom of Park Lane nestled in a private area.

As central of a location as you could possibly get in Lerwick.
