"Nice room with a great view! Ibis Oujda is very nice hotel in a very nice location close to the train station and city center. My room had a large comfortable bed, nice air conditioning, with a good t.v. and staff. The reception, housekeeping, restaurant and other staff members were all very helpful. The hotel has a lovely large garden and swimming pool, and it's possible to eat at the restaurant either indoors or outside not far from the pool. "

"I've been coming to this hotel for the ten latest years as a sales rep, about twice every quarter, for three reasons I keep coming back: the rooms are some of the largest in Oujda, I always take the junior suite which is twice as big as the basic room. Since I started coming, I would have a problem every two or three stays. The breakfast is a catastrophe; I told the director numerous times, but he never listened. This stay, I took a junior suite, and there was nothing in the room: no glasses, no water bottle, no fruits, no soap, nor shampoo.
