We propose to you to the rent on the commune of Les Angles, this charming chalet completely renovated, of a surface of 110 m ², being able to accomodate to 9 travellers.
Ideally located 1 km from the centre of the village and a few metres from the shuttle bus to the resort, this property is the ideal place for a very pleasant stay with family or friends.
It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m² (with stove), a fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two shower rooms, a fully equipped studio (bedroom, kitchenette, shower room and WC). You can also enjoy a garden of about 300 m² and a beautiful covered and sunny terrace to share a good meal outside with a splendid view on the mountains of Capcir and the lake of Matemale!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- Large entrance with storage space, ski rack, shoe rack...
- An independent studio with a queen-size bed (160×200), a kitchenette, a loggia with a sofa and a dining area as well as a bathroom and toilet.

On the 1st floor :
- A 30 m² living room with TV, stove (wood provided), sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A shower room.
- Separate toilet.

On the 2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a double sofa bed.
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- A shower room.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 300 m² with a garden shed.
- An L-shaped terrace of 20 m², facing South-West. It is equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days with a splendid view of the mountains of Capcir and the Lake of Matemale!

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, raclette machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally located in Les Angles, in a quiet and pleasant environment, in the heart of a residential area of individual chalets. Only 100 metres from the shuttle buses taking you to the resort and the town centre, you will find all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
