The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 30 mÂČ studio apartment for rent in Les Angles, overlooking the forest and within walking distance of the ski resort. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a living room, equipped kitchenette, bathroom (with bath) and a 20 mÂČ garden. We're waiting for you!

The studio is composed as follows
- Living room with double sofa bed (140 x 190), TV
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, combined microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Dining area for enjoying a meal together
- Sleeping area, separated by a curtain, with a bunk bed and 2 single beds (new bedding)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

Exterior:
- A 7 mÂČ balcony overlooking a forest belonging to the co-ownership, where children can make tree houses!

The studio is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment close to the ski slopes. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Les Angles ski resort: skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, tobogganing, snake gliss...
- Dog sledding, ice diving
- Bowling, cinema, playground, Angléo Spa...
- Lou Bac Moutain activity, Bike Park, mountain bike circuits, hiking, orienteering.

- Walks and water activities on the shores of Lac de Matemale

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (numbered space), accessible by a beep (entrance barrier).
Free public parking is available 100 m from the residence.

For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- By car
- Train to Mont-Louis about 13 km away.
- Free shuttle bus to the village at the bottom of the residence.
- Shuttle from Les Angles to Mont-Louis train station.
- Shuttles to Perpignan and Toulouse airports during the ski season.

Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean all appliances after use.
- A baby warmer is available in the accommodation.

Le studio bien que manquant de clartĂ©, il est propre et bien Ă©quipĂ© L'accueil de la gestionnaire du studio ( conciergerie) 🙁 D'ĂȘtre bloquĂ© plus de 45 mn Ă  l'extĂ©rieur par trĂšs mauvais temps, sans pouvoir sortir du parking, barriĂšre baissĂ©e et bloquĂ©e, ne pas pouvoir rentrer au studio, digicode inactif, plus d'ascenseur, plus de minuterie, plus de tĂ©lĂ©vision, suite Ă  une disjonction causĂ©e par l'orage. Lancer des appels par tel. pour ĂȘtre dĂ©pannĂ©. Un grand merci Ă  Laurie TORRES qui a fait les dĂ©marches pour nous envoyer un Ă©lectricien. QUESTION: Si la mĂȘme situation s'Ă©tait produite de retour d'un restaurant ou autres Ă  23h00, ou plus tard, aurions nous dĂ» dormir dans notre voiture, et qui se serait dĂ©placĂ© Ă  une heure si tardive ??? Le Roc d'Aude L'emplacement est bien, parking privĂ© Ă  la rĂ©sidence (mais pas Ă  l'appartement) apprĂ©ciable quand mĂȘme. RĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©e, calme. LumiĂšre des couloirs non automatique un peu dommage surtout quand on est chargĂ©. Logement cosy, propre et fonctionnel. Juste ce qu'il faut pour un weekend avec 2 enfants, pas plus, car peu spacieux. Par contre des indispensables manquaient tels que le wifi et du papier toilette.
