"The resort was niceish - however here were some things that irked us.
1. They were not very informative and from the second day onwards their reception would shut down at 6 pm and we had to use a very weird entry to the hotel. This entry was not safe as it was not well lit at all. This information was also not shared with us so we “discovered” it and frankly that’s just not right.

"Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The room we were put in was so noisy. Whatever was above us, all we could hear was something (maybe chairs) scraping along the floor. This went on morning, noon and night. Carpets in room were disgusting. Most staff were really nice and friendly except one woman on reception who was extremely rude.
