Sports centre 10 m, cable car 150 m, chair lift 50 m, gondola lift 10 m, slopes 50 m, ski rental 5 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 100 m, ice rink 500 m. Nearby attractions: Centre Sportif 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: domaine des 3 Vallées 100 m, Val Thorens – Orelle 100 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac du Lou 800 m, Lac du Menuires 600 m. Exit to the balcony. 1 large room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm). Sleeping alcove, without window with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), separate WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Large balcony 4 m2, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the ski run, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Sale, manque d’entretien mais bien situé

Appartement bien situé, près des pistes et commerces. Cependant la propreté de l’immeuble et de l’appartement laisse à désirer : taches sur le canapé, nourriture sous les lits, sommier cassé, murs tachés, vomi dans les parties communes, couverture d’un autre siècle, douche bouchée…
