"Three days before leaving the UK we were contacted by the owner's agent saying we had to leave a large € deposit (now increased). I offered a credit card but they would only accept a cheque or cash. Appealed to owner who agreed to reduce but still had to leave a large amount in cash. Owner pointed out it was in his conditions. This is not communicated in the booking and I eventually I found it hidden, in French, in a sub menu, under House Rules, on the UK website. On departure we had to get to...

"Except for the cleanliness of the property on arrival, it was a good property and felt wonderfully secluded; the property was a good size for 2 families, although the bathrooms are on the small side. The patio area was perfect to listen to waves crash in to shore. Definitely recommend"

"Lovely house ... lovely location.200 meters from the beach great local shops including marche de parc , well furnished house with plenty of character.. Accommodating 2 families (10 people in total) .. minor inconvenience being having to make up the beds on arrival after a long journey , the quality of the linen did not match the high standard expected for the money spent on renting the property.. also a a lack of towels despite being listed in inventory .. .. However we would all return to this...

"We have stayed a lot in France in different accommodation and I can say this property has been by far the best one! Fabrice the owner was very accommodating and helpful. We have two little boys meaning we wanted a secure and safe environment. The boys loved the pool which was secure meaning we didn’t have to worry about them getting into it. "we spent a wonderful time in the villa la pomme de pin. the villa ist perfect equiped and the location could not be better. right on the beach, very nice restaurants stores and hikin trails within walking distance. we could take our dog along, which was perfect. we will return for sure."
