"If you are looking for an experience, the Priory does not disappoint. The only room on the property for guests has ties to the Romans from the year 1070. The church itself is decommissioned, but continues to host concerts. Being from the United States, opportunities to be surrounded by such history do not exist. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and the breakfast just lovely, in a separate little cafe on the property that was near the castle grounds where you could also sit in a beautiful garden, swim in the pool, and/or play ping pong.
