Situated on the first floor of the "TURCHE" residence—in a peaceful residential area near the forest—it offers views of the La Turche slopes. The ski lift is just 50 meters away, and free shuttle buses provide easy access to the resort center. Local shops and the Les Chavannes gondola are approximately 1 km away.

Property description: Living room with a double sofa bed (140 cm), television, and balcony access. Equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and extractor hood. Bathroom with a shower and sink. Separate toilet. Upstairs: a mezzanine area with two 90 cm pull-out beds, and a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. Includes electric heating and a private enclosed garage for one car, which can also be used to store mountain bikes. Please note: The ceiling height in the mezzanine is less than 1.80 m in some areas. Bicycles are not permitted inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed; this is a non-smoking property.

Household linen: Bed sheets and towels are not included but are available for an additional fee. Please refer to "Agency Services" for pricing.
End-of-stay cleaning: Available as an optional paid service; however, it is mandatory during summer mountain biking events, in which case an additional charge will apply on top of the rental price.
