Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 15 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a balcony with a view of the slopes. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you to enjoy the mountain air!

- A 15 m² living room with a bunk bed (2 single beds) and a dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine...
- A mezzanine with a TV, a double sofa bed and a double bed (140×190).
- Bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rail.

- A 6 m² south-west-facing balcony overlooking the ski area, with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Le Gets, right on the slopes and just 800 m from the town center, in a very pleasant environment in a 12-unit condominium. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars...

Le Refuge de Gibannaz The apartment is small, but warm, clean and has what you need to cook, sleep and wash. Remember to take your own bed linen! It's in a fantastic location - short walk to a piste for a short ski to a lift in Les Gets village.

Great little apartment right on the slopes. Very clean and easy to access. We were two adults and there was plenty of space. It would be fine if you had two children with you (using the bunk beds) but I think for six people it would be very cosy! There is underground parking but quite tight to get in and out, there was plenty of parking opposite the apartment on the road.We were very glad to have our car there as it was very easy to go down the mountain to the village,and back up in a couple of minutes. You could walk into Les Gets but I’m guessing it would be quite a steep uphill 40 min ish walk back up the mountain.We really enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely look to book this apartment again next year.It

Le Refuge de Gibannaz "Great place would definitely stay again. 🙂 Great little apartment in a fantastic location. Host very responsive & helpful. 🙁 Kitchen was pretty well equipped however there wasnt a corkscrew (!) and no essentials such as bin liners, washing up liquid or cleaning cloths to clean up after ourselves as requested. Also found out a day or 2 before we arrived that ben linen and towels would cost extra so we had to bring our own so that the price was still good value."

Le Refuge de Gibannaz "Idéalement situé au calme et à 3mn à pied du lac des écoles. Propreté nickel, bonne odeur. Serviette et linge de lit accessible c'est un plus. De plus c'est la 1ere fois qu'il y a autant de prises et multiprises et c'est agréable. Contrairement aux anciens avis, beaucoup de vaisselle. Convient très bien pour un couple avec deux enfants. Points négatifs : si on compte soit l'escalier de dehors soit l'accès par le garage (je reviendrai dessus après) il y a 3 étages à monter et non deux. Le garage est inutilisable car la porte ne s'ouvre pas complètement et il faut soit avoir une twingo soit manœuvrer 30 fois pour essayer de rentrer ET sortir de la place. Attention à la mezzanine l'escalier y menant est étroit et très penché, le plafond de la mezzanine culmine à 1m80 maximum et des vis ressortent d'une des planches du lambris Compliqué quand on est grand comme moi."

Logement très bien situé et idéal pour une famille de 4. Plutôt bien equipé, à part les oreillers trop vieux et trop plats; ce serait bien d’ajouter un sèche-cheveux. Merci!

Notre hote a vide le vaisselle, un protège matelas était sous les lits superposés, coussins et couettes étaient en vrac sur les lits.
