Villa in the heart of the Palmyra with beautiful heated and secure swimming pool, not overlooked in beautiful wooded surroundings. Everything can be done on foot!

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, two bathrooms adjoin the bedrooms. The closed mezzanine bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed.
The kitchen is fitted and equipped with all comforts: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, Senséo, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine and two refrigerators, one of which has a 50-liter freezer.
A dining room is furnished as well as a living room with sofa bed can be used as sleeping.

The terrace is furnished for lunch with a barbecue area, garden furniture, a solarium area with sun loungers and parasols.
A heated swimming pool covered by a sliding shelter will allow you to spend a peaceful vacation.
Free WiFi Internet, cleaning fee for more peace 80 €.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Excellent pool and outdoor barbeque made for a great holiday. Guy was a great host.

Propriété très agréable, confortable et idéalement située. Nous avons toujours plaisir à revenir dans cette villa très calme et très bien équipée . Le propriétaire est vraiment au petits soins pour ses locataires.

Très bon séjour
Une très belle maison au calme, bien qu'à deux pas du centre ville avec tous ses commerces. Piscine très agréable et bien sécurisée. De plus la mer n'est pas loin à pied. Bref une très belle location.
