"Llegamos a la habitación y no funcionaba el radiador, hacia mucho frío, tuvimos que dormir con forro polar, la cama de las niñas tenía edredón y nuestra cama con doble colcha fina ademås crujía mucho el somier y el cabezal, pedimos mantas pero fue insuficiente. Y el baño era compartido que en la reserva no estaba especificado."

Aucune tablette pour poser un produit salle de bain. Et réclamation de la facture alors que c'était déjà payé depuis le jour de la réservation. "Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. On the positive side, public areas are clean and up-to-date and the staff are pleasant. The amount charged by this hotel is probably influenced by the fact that there are few hotels in the area. This is not value for money and I would avoid staying here if at all possible."
