"We arrived after travelling 450km, tired and a little stressed. I had contacted Expedia 3 times to request a twin room but had had no reply. On arrival at the hotel we were told that no twin rooms were available. The kind hotellier sorted the situation without any fuss providing us with an additional room at no extra charge. I’d highly recommend the hotel but the Expedia messaging service is useless. I contacted Expedia but they told me it was my fault. I will use Expedia as a search engine only in the future and will book directly with the hotel."

"I like that this property have a suite when you are more than 2 in a room . The facility is well maintained and in a good location . They have a nice bar and good breakfast . Parking is right across the property …. That’s a plus coz hard to park in REIMS - the champagne city . Just remember Épernay is also a champagne place . Who does not like champagne . Had a good time here . "

"Room and staff were excellent. We moved our car from front to back of property on advice of staff because cars have apparently been vandalised at front of property recently. This made area feel a little unsafe. Staff were superb and helped us with Saturday parking arrangements etc Breakfast was very good but a little expensive although we have no comparison for this in the area - much better value for money than Premiere Classe breakfast which we had recently in same town."
