"Je suis arrivé à Lille sous la pluie avant d'être informé que ma réservation est annulée pour motif que le site a bugé et n'aurait pas du me donner la main pour réserver. Je n'ai eu droit à aucune solution juste un message me laissant à moi même. Remboursement pas encore reçu à date..Bref je ne recommande pas du tout"

"Checking in is easy as the keys are there on your arrival. Host was need to the app and this is why I gave the communication a 3 star but they were helpful otherwise. Appartment is as listed and it has a tram station right outside which makes travel easy and it is in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Feedback to the host would be to display the wifi code a bit better. Otherwise a lovely holiday and I would reccommend this accommodation "
