"Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was very good and the hotel is in a very good location for exploring the old city. Air con was an issue and parking was limited however there was an underground public car park a few minutes walk."

"The staff were friendly and helpful; the location - close to the university - has plenty of facilities nearby and the locality has a buzzy, safe atmosphere. The room, bathroom and kitchen were squeaky clean and, as with all hotels in this chain, had everything needed for cooking. A great place to stay."

"Very happy with my stay. Room was comfortable, a good size, clean and very quiet, and in a great location. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and plenty available. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only minor downside was that the room was rather warm (I was on the top floor) and the air conditioning wasn't working due to renovations currently taking place. A fan was provided, but leaving the windows open was not ideal due to noise outside. Hopefully this will be rectified soon."
