The 46 m2 apartment is located in a residence close to the downhill and cross-country ski slopes. 300 meters from the residence is the shuttle bus leading to the various ski slopes as well as to the city center of Les Rousses located 2 kms. <br>The apartment has: <br>- a living room equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed;<br>- a kitchen, equipped with a Tassimo coffee machine, a microwave oven, a grill oven, a raclette machine, a fondue machine, a toaster and a vacuum cleaner; <br>- a mountain corner equipped with a bunk bed (dimensions of the 2 beds: 190 x 90 cm); <br>- a large bedroom (bed size: 140 x 190 cm), also equipped with a travel cot;<br>- a bathroom with a washing machine;<br>- a closed garage located under the residence. There is also a parking lot at the foot of the residence.<br> 2 extra beds are available.<br>Pillows and blankets are provided. However, it is necessary to take your sheets and household linen<br>If you do not wish to do the cleaning, a cleaning fee of €75.00 is offered.<br>Rental is only by the WEEK.<br><br>The residence is equipped with:<br>- an outdoor swimming pool open from 15/6 to 15/9 from 10am to 8pm<br>- 2 tennis courts;<br>- an indoor games room open all year round from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and equipped with ping pong tables, board games and sports equipment.<br><br> The village of Les Rousses is located on the Swiss border and close to many lakes and waterfalls including the Hérisson waterfall (35 kms).
