The little chalet at Papi-Mamie

New rental (February 2019)

Seeing it, you will think it is not a small chalet ... But a small house!
That is true... But for 4 generations, we have called it the "little chalet".
So, after having renovated it to make the most of it, we sometimes decided to rent it.
With its beautiful view of the DĂŽle and the platelet, it is surrounded by a private area ideal for children and relaxation.
Its address, 411 Route Royale, means that it is located 411m from the village center where you will find the Tourist Office, small shops, restaurants ...
You will be located near a supermarket, daycare center and the start of cross-country ski trails.
If you are curious, you will find the meaning of the place called "La Redoute", go to our Swiss neighbors, take the little train La Cure, Saint Cergue, Nyon, will do many other activities offered in our region (skiing, horse riding, walking, water sports, golf ...)
But of course you can just come to rest ...
Our "little chalet" has everything to please us ... And to you?

Hébergement tres simple et bien situé à proximité du centre ville. Un bemol quand à la poussiÚre présente partout ,revelant sans doute un manque de presence et de vérification des propriétaires. Le confort intérieur est minimum(canapé dur )

Séjour agréable et reposant

Endroit calme , et tous les commerces sont à proximité , donc trÚs bien situé dans la station . Un petit entretien des volets bois serait nécessaire , pour faciliter l'ouverture et fermeture de ceux ci , car difficile actuellement pour certaines personnes .

Nous avons passé une belle semaine aux rousses. Chalet bien situé, proche du centre et plein de randonnées à proximité. Faite un petit tour au fort des rousses pour le comté.

un petit logement trÚs bien et surtout bien situé dans les rousses dans un quartier calme avec pas trop de circulation et surtout un bon accueil des propriétaires qui réponde rapidement a nos questions.

TrÚs agréable

Excellent séjour, à l'arrivée tout était conforme, propre, literie en bon état, facile d'accÚs. Ce petit chalet ne manque pas de charme. Des balades proches, le centre est accessible à pied, on ne ressent pas la foule aux Rousses et c'est agréable. Un salon de jardin serait le bienvenu pour profiter de l'extérieur et s'il y avait un ou deux arbres ce serait le paradis...

Logement sale car non balayĂ© ( restes de poils et de gazon coupĂ© ) ,literie non lavee et trĂšs usĂ©e ( traces jaunes sur coussin et couette) couette de lit dĂ©chirĂ©e et tache orange bien visible ! dans la douche il restait des cheveux
 la canapĂ© du salon est sale aussi ; sur la table de la cuisine il a un produit gluant 
nous ne sommes pas restĂ©s, impossible de passer un we dans un tel logement l’hĂŽte , non prĂ©sent sur place , nous a immĂ©diatement remboursĂ© aprĂšs rĂ©clamation mais avons dĂ» prendre une chambre d’hĂŽtel Ă  nos frais pour la nuit avant de rentrer Ă  notre domicile le lendemain ( 5 heures de route , 377 kms) avons contacter Abritel pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer frais de nuitĂ©e et prix du carburant pour cette arnaque prĂ©sente dans la catalogue Abritel (pourtant lors de tous nos escapades avec Abritel nous n’avions que de belles locations ) Il faut que Abritel enlĂšve cette location de son catalogue ( j’ai des photos de ce que je dĂ©cris ) En attente rĂ©ponse Abritel

Petit chalet trĂšs agrĂ©able avec son poĂȘle Ă  granulĂ©s. Bien situĂ© prĂ©s des commerces et des dĂ©parts pour plusieurs randonnĂ©es aux alentours. Malheureusement le mauvais temps ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter au maximum. Ça donne envie de revenir l'Ă©tĂ©... Merci d'accepter les chiens.

Literie : couettes usagées, voire déchirées et tachées 2 matelas en mousse fine Canapé séjour inconfortable : une personne de 70 ans n'arrive pas à se lever Pas de communication avec la propriétaire : personne à l'arrivée (comme promis) et n'a pas répondu aux messages téléphonique et par SMS, Dommage car le chalet présente un trÚs bon potentiel, agréable et proche du centre vile.

Chalet bien lumineux manque juste 2 chaises dommage . ProblĂšme personne Ă  l’arrivĂ©e ni au dĂ©part . On laisse les clefs pour les suivant . Une boĂźte Ă  clefs serait une bonne sĂ©curitĂ©.
