On the 1st floor with elevator, you will be welcomed by an entrance with cupboard, leading to a fully equipped kitchenette open to the living room. The living room has a 140 cm sofa bed for moments of relaxation and opens onto a balcony furnished with outdoor furniture. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 140 double bed, ensuring restful nights. A bathroom and separate toilet complete the layout of this apartment.

For your comfort, the equipment available includes a refrigerator, 2 electric hotplates, a mini-oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a flat screen TV. In addition, a garage is reserved for you just 400 meters from the residence, offering a practical solution for your parking.

appartement très bien situé au 1 er étage d'une résidence très calme. Vue superbe sur l'océan. Attention : circulation interdite sur la promenade CLEMENCEAU le WK et tous les AM.
