  • Ideally located, this 1928 residence opens its doors to the seaside, the port and the town centre. 2 steps from the mythical halls. This house is one of the most beautiful residences in Les Sables d'Olonne with its garden overlooking the court square overlooking the Bay of Sables.
    There is a bright fully equipped kitchen. A large dining room and living room. 4 bedrooms (1 bed of 160 - 1 bed of 140 - 1 bed of 180- and 3 beds of 90) and 1 studio at the bottom of the garden (1 bed of 160 on the mezzanine with its bathroom)
