ROSE Conciergerie offers you, in a 17th century shipowner's house, this 3-star apartment has been furnished for tourism since 2022, with a capacity of 5 people.

Ideally located between the beach and the port, district of Passage, in the heart of downtown Les Sables d'Olonne.

This spacious duplex, completely renovated with taste and bright, opens onto a pretty flowery courtyard of 15 m2, with garden furniture and an electric barbecue.

On the ground floor, you have an open kitchen equipped with every comfort for a successful stay: oven, microwave, combined freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, induction hob etc...

You will also enjoy a comfortable sofa that can be converted into 140, a television, a Bluetooth micro hi-fi system and a wifi connection.

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a single bed as well as a bathroom equipped with a large Italian shower, a towel dryer and a hairdryer available.

A perfect vacation spot for wonderful memories and to discover Les Sables d'Olonne on foot or by bike.

A 5-minute walk from the main beach, the city center, the large market of Les Halles and the fishing port of Les Sables d'Olonne.
A 15-minute walk from Les Sables d'Olonne SNCF train station.

Possibility to rent a car park 10 minutes away on foot subject to availability.
