Appartement idéalement situé

Très beau séjour. L’appartement est idéalement situé, dans le centre-ville. Proche plage, halles, boutiques, restaurants … Tout se fait à pieds. Propriétaire sympathique et discrète.

Trés Bonne Semaine

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour. Appartement propre bien situé et bien équipé ,rien ne manque. Trés bon accueil du propriétaire . Le petit plus la place de parking. On reviendra .

Très bon week-end ensoleillé, logement agréable et bien placé. Propriétaire très sympathique, accueillante et d'arrangement. Seul bémol pour garer la voiture c'est compliqué tout est payant à proximité et peu de places disponibles.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Brigitte. Le logement est idéalement situé et très bien entretenu. Nous y avons passé un super séjour en famille.

Absolument enchantés de notre séjour. La situation de l’appartement est juste idéale! En face de la Grande plage (juste la place de Tribunal à traverser), à proximité du remblai, des commerces, restaurants… L’appartement est très propre (pourtant nous sommes exigeants), nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite comme chez nous. Il ne manque rien, tout est en parfait état. Madame Aubin nous a bien accueillis, tout expliqué. On recommande vivement pour une famille de 4/5!

Une belle découverte des Sables

Appartement parfait, bien agencé, propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Proche de la mer, de toutes les commodités à pied (et il faut éviter la voiture en saison). Bonne semaine, même si la météo était un peu capricieuse.

idéal !!!

Malgré notre arrivée tardive, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup d'attention et de gentillesse ! Attention qui était présente depuis le début d'ailleurs, puisque M. et Mme Aubin avaient délicatement pris toutes les précautions pour ne pas éventer la surprise du week-end que j'organisais pour mon mari ! M. et Mme Aubin sont des hôtes disponibles et prévenants. L'appartement est d'une grande propreté, fonctionnel et lumineux. Surtout, il est à 2 pas de la plage et c'est vraiment très appréciable ! Enfin, pouvoir bénéficier d'une place de parking pour la durée du séjour est plus qu'un atout lorsqu'on connaît le stationnement aux Sables d'Olonne !

Superbe séjour

Nous étions en famille avec ma petite de 9 mois. Madame Aubin est superbe, très à l'écoute et surtout à un très bel appartement sécurisé. Idéal pour notre séjour aux sables d'olonne. Appartement très spacieux, équipé, amusant car il se situe dans la rue la plus étroite du monde dans les années (...) à proximité d'un carrefour city, restaurants, banques... On le conseil fortement rien à dire.

A cosy, immaculate apartment. Ideally located.

The apartment is very centrally located to the promenade and the town. Beautifully clean, with modern and well maintained kitchen and bathrooms. The shower was wonderful! The living area was a little small for 3 of us, but we were out most of the time. Communication was excellent with the owner, by text. I left my kindle in the apartment and Bridgette very kindly was able to send it to me!

Nous avons l’habitude de prendre des vacances aux sables et nous avons trouvé ici un appartement super. Bon emplacement, l’appartement est très bien agencé avec deux toilettes et deux salles d’eau,grand, propre, un très bon accueil, très bien équipé. Seul problème le parking qui doit être compliqué en haute saison. Un super appartement.

Très bon accueil et agréablement surpris pour cet appartement idéalement situé et parfaitement meublé et équipé ! Rien ne manque, que du positif Un coin parents et un coin enfants, chacun sa salle de bain ! Plage à 50 mètres ! Commerces à 1 minutes. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !

un coin de paradis

cet appartement situé au cœur de la ville, plage, centre ville, port, nous a permis de passer un séjour, sans prendre la voiture,, toutes commodités a cent pas,,, nous avons apprécié le confort de la suite parental, cette petite terrasse situé dans la suite parentale,, la cuisine complete,, la pièce a vivre,, le seul bémol,, serait que la chambre des enfants, donnant sur la rue, soit un peu bruyante,, le soir,, la propriétaire est charmante, très près de ces locataires,, nous avons été comblé par cette semaine de vacances et nous y retournerons!!!!

Très beau séjour au sables d'olonnne!! Très bon accueil par cette charmante propriétaire!!

Nous sommes allés au sables d'olonne pour la première fois. Mon ami, ma fille (7ans) et moi. Nous avions un assez petit budget et nous sommes tomber sur ce petit appartement au rez-de-chaussée; proche de toutes commodités et surtout de la plage (environ 50m). Nous avons loués le lot le plus grand avec sa petite terrasse. Logement très propre et décoré avec goût! Quand nous mangeons nous avons presque vu sur la mer, nous la voyons de loin. L'appartement donne sur une petite place toute mignonne qui elle donne vu sur la mer. Le calme était au rendez-vous (ca aide d'être dans une des plus petite rue au monde... Je vous laisse découvrir cela par vous même). Nous avons adorés pouvoir ce balader à pieds et découvrir plein de nouvelle choses à pieds sans avoir besoin de prendre voiture (marchés, le port, la plage, le remblai...). Nous y sommes allés fin août, la ville était toujours aussi vivante. Pleins d'activités et de petits spectacle pour petits et grands que je vous recommande. Encore merci pour se chaleureux accueil. :) Ps : j'oubliais nous avons même eu la possibilité de louer une place de parkings, je vous le conseils fortement pour ne pas à avoir à payer le stationnement.
