Modern house with an area of 138m² located within a typical village north of the town of Sables d'Olonne, "La Bauduère", which has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. Furthermore, the outdoor areas have garden furniture, a terrace, a plancha, a heated private swimming pool as well as private parking. Within the house you will find an iron, a safe, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, as well as a television with a DVD player, a radio, and internet access (wifi). The open-plan kitchen with an induction hob is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, espresso and Nespresso, a toaster and a kettle.



The swimming pool is open from 1st May to 30th September. It will be heated during these dates (but the usual temperature of 26-28 degrees may decrease in case of cool weather).
