ROSE Vacances offers you this tastefully renovated apartment, located on the 2nd floor without a lift, in a former hotel, a historic building with direct access to the seafront of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.

Its ideal location will allow you to move on foot or by bicycle in the city of Les Sables d'Olonne, close to all amenities and attractions of the city (city centre, train station, main beach, casino).

On the ground floor of the residence, you can safely leave your bicycles and access the main beach through the main door overlooking the seafront!

You can enjoy a living area, dining corner, kitchen, facing the Rue du Palais, nicely decorated, equipped with a single sofa, coffee table, storage cupboard, TV and Wifi.
Open and functional fully equipped kitchen: kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob (X2), coffee maker (Tassimo)...
A bedroom equipped with a 140 bed, with a chest of drawers, an armchair and an adjoining bathroom with WC, shower cabin, a washbasin with storage unit and towel dryer.

You can park your vehicle freely in the streets of the city centre, several paid parking areas are available.

2 minutes walk from the main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.
5 minutes walk from the Halles market.
15 minutes walk from Les Sables d'Olonne SNCF train station.
