At the foot of the famous large beach of Sables d'Olonne, its bike path, its beach huts and close to all amenities, you will be able to do everything on foot (pedestrian streets, restaurants, Halles market...), this studio will allow you to spend pleasant holidays!

The accommodation consists of an entrance with two bunk beds in 90, a functional and well-equipped living area, with its sofa bed in 140, two drawers, an armchair, a dining table and its chairs offering a clear view of the ocean, TV and Wifi.
The kitchen is open and fully equipped: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (filters)...
From a bathroom with WC; equipped with a bathtub, a hair dryer and a vanity unit with storage.

To complete this accommodation, you will find a closet in the entrance with a washing machine.

Parking is free in the downtown streets.
