  • Apartment refurbished by architect in 2014, freestone renovation carried out in 2019-2020. Duplex overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Grand Plage with the Ile de Ré (East) and the exit of the port and its lighthouses (West) on the horizon. Sea at 180°! Large reception room (Living room + SAM + kitchen AM), bedroom, WC bathroom on the first floor + 3. Large dormitory on the first floor + 4. New door frames. New bedding.
    All activities are within walking distance, the beach, covered markets, restaurants, shopping, and the Atlantean casino. Ideally located, rare and breathtaking view.

Magnifique appartement, situation exceptionnelle face à la mer et proche du centre-ville. Tout est prévu pour faciliter l'installation et le séjour. Nous y avons passé deux semaines avec grand plaisir. Je recommande vivement cette location.
