Elegant 6 bedroom villa with a magnificent free-form pool

Summary:
La Salamandre is an elegant 6 bedroom villa located in Terres Basses, offering a magnificent free-form pool, just steps from the Simpson Bay lagoon.

The Space:
Designed to take full advantage of the island’s wonderful climate the villa’s interior spaces all open out to the beautiful pool terrace and comfortable outside living areas. The villa’s grand living room opens the entire length of the pool terrace and features a TV viewing corner and large dining table and opens into a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with direct access to an outside dining and BBQ area, via arched wooden doors.
Positioned on both sides of the living room are the 6 air-conditioned bedrooms each with adjoining bathroom, five with king-size beds and access to the pool terrace and a sixth bedroom with twin beds and an added private, exterior “garden” shower.
The villa has its own private dock for easy access to watersports on the lagoon and an independent air-conditioned fitness room equipped with 2 treadmills, an elliptical and free weights.
La Salamandre is within easy walking distance of the beautiful beach of Baie Rouge and only a five minute drive to restaurants and shopping.
