Plum Bay is a luxurious Caribbean villa situated in Terre-Basses, a private gated community area in French St Martin.
As you enter the villa and out to the terrace, the richly variegated scenery expands into a panoramic view filled with a profusion of color and texture. The blues of the Caribbean and tropical sky are accented by white clouds, Anguilla’s green silhouette and colorful tropical foliage. Below are the elegant villas and gardens of Terres Basses. At dusk, brilliant sunsets create colorful backdrops for evening entertainment.
The villa combines five main living spaces; the great room, upper level bedroom wing, lower level apartment and exterior dining/lounging spaces equipped with Kosher tablewares available on request. The spacious great room is a comfortable living and entertaining area well suited to large families or groups of friends. The room combines a lounge area with Smart TV, Netflix and a sound system plus a sleek, modern kitchen and dining area. Large unfettered windows visually frame the magnificent view.
Step down the staircases to the a game and entertainement room, equipped with a Karaoke machine, large flat screen Tv, Ping Pong Table and all the entertainement a family needs for a fun vacation.
Outside the great room are spacious exterior areas for relaxing, dining al fresco and swimming. Inspired by the view’s shades of blue, the stunning custom pool. Surrounding the pool are plentiful spaces to lounge, relax and enjoy the view and sun.
The Lowlands are the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prunes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded, have public parking, but no services. Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way.
By car its about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.

Getting Around:
You will be met at the airport when you arrive by your driver. Look for Philippe who will be standing curb side and will be wearing a black button-down shirt with The Property Ink’s Logo. He will drive you to the villa or to collect your car rental; this service is complimentary, and the vehicle can hold up to 14 people, with one piece of luggage per passenger. Your housekeeper will be waiting for you at the villa for check-in. To welcome you to Saint Martin you are offered one complimentary arrival transfer courtesy of The Property Ink. Any additional arrival or departure transfers are to be requested, and paid for in cash directly to the driver. Please contact your pre-arrival concierge for pricing and reservations. Please note the cost of transfers vary depending on the amount of passengers. If you wish to leave your vehicle at the villa on departure you will need to consult with your rental company to confirm if they allow this, note additional charges may apply. Please remember to fill your gas tank back up so that no additional charges will occur.
