Private parking is available on site, but is not suitable for long vans or campers. Events or parties are not allowed and grilling on the balconies is prohibited. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Kindly remove your shoes at the entrance and store them in the provided shoe cabinet. Bicycles and scooters may not be parked inside the apartment.



The apartment is located in a residential area in the center of Lesa, just 200 meters from the train station and 800 meters from the lake. The supermarket is 500 meters away. The accommodation is equipped with high-speed fiber-optic internet and efficient energy systems, with three independent air conditioning and heating units, as well as windows with high thermal and acoustic insulation. Air conditioning and heating are managed remotely and set to 24°C in summer and 20°C in winter.
