"My stay was very disappointing. The hotel did not have air conditioning, and I was never informed about this before my arrival. Unfortunately, I stayed during a heat wave, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep and rest. When I asked for a fan, I was told they had all been taken and none were available. If I had known there was no air conditioning, I would have chosen a different hotel. Guests should be clearly informed about this before booking, especially during the summer months. This...

"Place to store luggage when room not ready.
Shuttle is a nice idea but was a large negative for the entire Disney experience. Panic provoking at end of night but also during the day.
Kids pulled smoke detector 4 times the first night.
It was nice to have lobby bar with food for late night meal.
