"Beautiful setting once there. You have to go to a large gate and ring to let you in and then easy to park securely . The wine made there is really excellent and fairly priced. The olive oil is also great. We bought 3 litres! The staff were really helpful and Italian or English is fine. There was no menu option in the restaurant as it was quiet when we stayed. The included breakfast was delicious-a half dozen delicious homemade cakes, jams, and juices to choose from and eggs and meats to your order. "A beautiful house in a lush garden perfect to unwind. Close to many wonderful beaches, Termoli and the Tremiti islands. Sylvia and Fabio are incredible hosts and took good care of us. We especially appreciated the tips for restaurants and itineraries. The kids enjoyed the bikes, trampoline and slackline and of course the dogs and cats."

"This is a new hotel only open a short time. Excellent location lovely views but unfortunately the waiting staff in the restaurant let the standard down. Definitely need to learn how to operate as a team. Meal was very disappointing. "
