"The property is managed by Novasol who did not make sure that the property had the sheets and towels needed for the stay. To make up for that though the property owners drove over 300 kms on a Sunday to bring us what they needed. They went above and beyond and that set us up for a great stay while attending courses at Hjerleid. Hopefully they get a new property management company so they don't have to do that again. "The place is fine. Two BR, one bath, living room, dining area and kitchen. The place might be 100 years old but in good condition. Fireplaces in kitchen and living room provide the heat for the whole house. A for had been started for us and starter materials and matches with sufficient wood was supplied. "The accommodation was as expected. The problems arose about checking in. To access the property you are sent a keypad code for the main entrance and the unit. The codes did not work. The staff was able to remotely unlock the doors but could not rectify the problem. This meant we could not leave the apartment or we would be locked out. Not the best situation. The staff offered to let us back in remotely if we called back. Not a situation I was comfortable with. "
