Located in Lesperon, this independent 50 m² holiday rental is ideal for families or groups seeking peace and nature. Set on a fully fenced one‑hectare wooded property, it offers comfort and convenience just 20–25 minutes from the Atlantic beaches and surrounding lakes.

Comfortable and fully equipped
The accommodation includes two bedrooms (one with bunk beds in a windowless, cabin‑style room), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils), a bathroom with shower and sink, and separate toilet. Four beds available, with the option to add a fifth bed in the bedroom upon request.

A welcome kit is provided: trash bag, toilet roll, soap, sponge, wipes, and a sachet of dish detergent (no tea towel).
Baby cot and high chair available on request and subject to availability.

Private and shared outdoor spaces
Private covered 20 m² terrace with pergola, table, chairs, armchair, and charcoal barbecue. Access to a shared wooded park with forest views, swimming pool (June to September, 9:30 a.m.–8:30 p.m.), ping‑pong table, and pétanque court.
Shared washing machine available.
Free Wi‑Fi, private parking, motorcycle‑friendly.
Non‑smoking. Pets allowed on request (additional fees).

Pros: Le site est calme et les lodges sont très bien équipés. La piscine bien entretenue par les propriétaires est un grand plus Les propriétaires ont été bienveillants et sont très sympathiques. Pros: Nous avons passés un agréable séjour, avec notre chienne Sanka. Les propriétaires Fabrice et Sabrina, sont super accueillant et toujours aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Le gîte trés fonctionnel, propre, avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour se sentir bien. Belle piscine, bel espace extérieur. Enfin... tout top quoi ! Je recommane vivement et je retiens l'adresse :)

Pros: Endroit calme et paisible. Les propriétaires (Fabrice et Sabrina) sont très accueillants, agréables et rendant services même pour réparer une remorque. Le gîte est très bien équipé et très propre. Les animaux sont les bienvenus. Le domaine est très bien situé avec un accès rapide vers l'autoroute. La piscine est grande, agréable et très bien entretenue. Avons passé un agréable séjour même sous une chaleur intense. Nous recommandons cette adresse et nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un nouveau séjour.

Pros: Un séjour reposant chez Fabrice et Sabrina qui réservent un excellent accueil a ses hôtes. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison, mille merci pour votre sympathie et disponibilité. Personne au top, toujours prêt à rendre service, la propreté du gîte est irréprochable, félicitation. Le gite a tout ce qu'il faut, je recommande vivement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, il y a tout pour passer un séjour formidable. Quel bonheur de trouver un site entièrement clôturé avec piscine, ping pong, badminton, terrain de pétanque... un régal pour les enfants. Pros: Super endroit avec des propriétaires très sympas. Le domaine est vaste, le logement n'est ni trop grand ni trop petit. Malgré les conditions du COVID-19, tout était impeccable. Gîte à recommander.
