"Convenient location, but tired, and a bit tatty. "

"The best thing about this property is the view and essentially that is what you are paying for. Waking up everyday to the gorgeous ocean and Mountain View was magnificent. You're right across the street from the airport so it's very convenient location but you can hear the planes taking off but it's not too bad though. My room was near where a lot of cats hangs out so as soon as I opened my door it smelled like an old litter box even though it's outside air I'm inhaling. The hot water doesn't last long at all but I assume that's an island issue. There were 4 people in my room that had two double beds but we only had towels for 2 people on the first day and when I tried to get more towels, they said they were out of towels and had neither bath or beach towels. The property has a lot of potential and it's disappointing to see it's not being used to the fullest. "

"The room smelled very bad. We alerted the staff on three occasions. They gave us a can of air freshener which masked the smell for five to ten minutes. They told us maintenance was coming up to check out the smell and we never heard anything. It really ruined the trip being that we had to smell the room like that the entire time."

"Loved this hotel, my only complaint is that the rooms are tiny and sliding the mosquito net was a struggle. Still the best 3* you can get."

"Rooms was decent size, resort was right next to everything walking distance to Mahó Beach. Only one complaint I reserved poolside view and did not get that. All in all I would stay here again"

"The room was very nice. Our first floor balcony was right on the beach. The staff was wonderful and the grounds are pretty. Location was really close to Charlotte Amalie. 5 minutes from airport. The planes were not a bother at all. Brewers beach is 5 minutes away and a great beach."
