"We loved being at Lake Tahoe for the hiking and views. The room in the hotel was very small but functional. No problem having no TV, but we sure could have used air conditioning. Very noisy with loud footfalls and talking until midnight. No hair dryer, water glasses, or even a small chair."

"The cabin was lovely, clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. One thing that would have been helpful to know before booking was that there was construction along the street during our stay. Crews were present when we checked in on Saturday and when we checked out on Monday, and the work was quite loud early in the morning. Part of the driveway was also blocked off for the work, which made parking a bit tight. It wasn’t a huge issue for us, but it may be something future guests would appreciate knowing before booking. We also didn’t realize the hot tub had restricted hours and could not be used at night; having that clarified in the listing would have been helpful as well. Overall, though, we had a great stay and would happily book again!"

"This is an excellent place to stay when in the Lake Tahoe/Tahoma area. It is exactly as pictured and very very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with all of the utensils need to cook any type of meal and there are more utensils and dishware to satisfy any family. We will try and stay here again on future visits to the area."

"Fantastic option for big groups!! We loved our stay in beautiful Lake Tahoe. The appliances in the bigger cabin could use some updating when compared to the A frame, and you may want to purchase basics if you’re wanting to do some cooking, but everything else was a breeze. Loved the easy access to the lake and the huge tables both on the balcony and dining area. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our 14 person group!Oh and small thing to keep in mind is that there is a five minute walk between cabins - and while that may not seem like a big deal, we ARE in bear country and walking that at night may not be the smartest thing. Be vigilant and maybe drive between the two!"

"We had a great time at Kathleen and Lloyd's beautiful Tahoma Beach property, The listing is accurate, and the property is very well appointed. We also liked the fact that several popular Tahoe beach access trailheads are within very close driving distance from the house. We would love to come back to this place at a future time!"
