"It used to be a very nice hotel nut like anything else, hotels need to tay up to date, modernise their services. Nothing was in the room when checked in, no water bottle, no tea or coffee (these are basics and expected to be there in a 4 star hotel not be available upon request! Walls are tiny paper ..."
