"Check-in not available before 5 pm and check-out time is 10 am. These are not common times. But the worst is the heat in the room. It was so hot in the room that we could not sleep and left in the morning although we had paid for another night. The little ventilator was ridiculous and did not help at all. Staff speaks only french. At least they were trying to help. But I really think with the summer heat the rooms must be equipped with air conditioning. It’s a shame we had to cancel out weekend...
