The residence is located directly on the marina and only 600 m from the nearest beaches. The complex includes 57 apartments with a balcony or terrace (some with a view of the harbor) and a heated outdoor pool. Parking is available, shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Take advantage of the wide range of water sports offered by the coast and go on trips to Perpignan and the Abbey of Saint-Michel-de-Cuxa. ATTENTION: Parking spaces are only available to a limited extent (for a fee).
