"Tolles Haus! Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Es gibt oben 2 Schlafzimmer und unten eins. Auf jeden Stockwerk ist ein Badezimmer. Gerade wenn man mit größeren Kindern reist, ist es toll, dass Eltern und Kinder ein eigenes Bad haben :-). Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Ort, wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants gibt. Der Kontakt mit Barbara war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!...

"Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben...

"This is the most beautiful, relaxing, soul soothing place I have ever stayed. Marco was fabulous to communicate with and personally met us and provided instructions and details for the property. Don’t let the stairs scare you away. We enjoyed the deck both evenings surrounded with vineyard, lemon trees, rosemary and the sound of the ocean. "Willi’s apartment is a challenging climb up, but every time you pass through the main door you are confronted by the most amazing bird’s eye view of the Ligurian Sea and the 100 steps are quickly forgotten! The apartment itself is spacious and tastefully decorated. High ceilings, terrazzo floors, and a big kitchen (big rooms in general) make the experience classically charming. "The Villa itself was spectacular. It was beautifully situated in the hills above Portofino and the views of the Ligurian Sea were striking. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the many balconies and in the pool. "A well appointed, charming, bright, airy and spacious 2-story home situated in the lush hillside above the charming town of Chiavari. The walk down (10' to 12') and back up (15' to 17') from Chiavari is steep but doable even for those not so young anymore with cranky knees, if taken easy.
