Tres bon emplacement mais aucune insonorisation

Emplacement vraiment au top la chambre propre ménage fait tous les jours le gros soucis ...le bruit et heureusement qu il pleuvait et que ce n etait pas la pleine saison..le passant tousse on a l impression qu il est dans la chambre on entend tous les bruits extérieurs et interieurs. Vraiment dommage

Läget är toppen, badrocksavstånd till stranden! Nära till restauranger och affärer. Vi hade en egen liten uteplats med både solsängar och bord. Lite svårt med parkeringsplatser nära boendet.

Problème de parking

Parking indiqué gratuit lors de la réservation et finalement nous avons payé le tarif plein au parcmètre 24€/jour en peinant à trouver une place, avec 2 enfants en bas âge pas pratique quand on s’attend à avoir le parking à côté. Porte de placard cassée dans la salle de bain qu’on a pris sur les pieds et sèche cheveux de qualité laissant à désirer et qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le lit principal est confortable. Présence d’une cafetière avec café à disposition.

Bien situé

Logement propre et confortable. Salle de bain juste parfaite. A savoir pas de de petit déjeuner sur place mais une formule dans un petit café sympathique. Très bien situé, à proximité de la plage et des commerces.

Pas mal dans lensemble mais au vu du prix ca me parait normal. Par contre ca aurait été top de remplacer la chaise de jardin cassée. Localisation bruyante vu que cest au dessus de bar et restau mais cest le cote festif de la ville. Bon par contre le bruit de frigot cest dingue... jamais vu ca. Je ne conseille pas ce logement pour la 3eme personne !

Great location next to beach, hiking paths, seaside trail, boat trips, restaurants, cafes, laundry, supermarkets and gelaterias. Easy ten (10) minute walk to the Levanto train station. Large bed was comfortable, but room is a bit small for placement of luggage, lacked an indoor table/chairs and small fridge was on the floor making it hard to access. Bathroom, like the room, was very clean and well kept every day. The agency made accomodations for us to pick up a key after hours as the train to Levanto was delayed.

WARNING

DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY. We arrived at the address. rang every door bell in the building and someone told us to go to the agency. Called the number on the booking for 30 minutes with no answer, gave up and went elsewhere. Eventually made contact about 4 hours later. They refused to provide a refund advising it was expedia's problem. Hotels.com apparently has tried to call them with the same result i.e. no answer. Did not get a refund
