Rude and disorganized management...do not advise!

I have never written a negative review before. But the experience my boyfriend and I had checking into this b&b last weekend was truly awful! We live in Italy, in Tuscany, and we love to visit Liguria. In all of our experiences staying at small inns, b&b's or vacation rentals all throughout Italy, this is the worst customer service we have ever received! I cannot emphasize enough to avoid booking at this place! The manager of the inn, Beatrice, refused to meet us at the location we were told in booking instructions to go to. We had arrived during the first hour that it is possible to check in. She told us on the phone, in the rudest Italian possible (we speak Italian), that we should meet her at some random park that we did not know the location of. She could not be bothered to meet us at the b&b. What if we had big suitcases? When we got lost trying to find her, she actually blocked phone calls from my boyfriend. Luckily, a nice hotel worker met us instead and told us the accommodation that we had paid for was unavailable (then why did they accept our payment?) We were given a substitute accommodation, in which the bathroom/shower/bed was not very good. Finally, breakfast was included in the cost of our reservation. Beatrice was supposed to put a breakfast voucher in our room, but never did. Really awful management. Avoid the stress and rudeness and book somewhere else!

No sleeping possible

I selected a room in La Perla Blu to be close to train station, away from traffic and near free parking. We got there and they’d switched us to an apartment on the main square. It was spacious and clean but VERY LOUD ALL NIGHT, every night. Party and carnival noise until 3:30, Town clock every 15 minutes, leaf blowers and pressure washers starting 5:45 am. Three nights, no sleep. And only two half rolls of toilet paper for three nights.

Adecuado para viajeros sin pretensiones

Es un lugar agradable para un viaje sin pretensiones. Esta bien para alguien solo o en pareja si se anda de mochilero o sin ganas de gastar en hospedaje. Esta bien ubicado pero llegar al lugar no es apto para personas mayores o con limitaciones físicas, además está un poco apartado del centro pero nada de consideración. Se debe subir escaleras para llegar al elevador que lleva a la habitación, la cual es un apartamento con varios cuartos acondicionados. El cuarto es limpio, con cama grande y cómoda. Servicio de agua caliente, refrigeradora y televisión. Se brinda desayuno y es abundante (no lujoso). Esta bien en la relación costo calidad

J'ai reserve pour 2 chambres avec 2 grands lits toilette et sdb dans chaque chambre or j'ai eu 1 appartement commun avec 1 seule sdb 1 seul toilette 2 petits lits et 1 grand . Le prix payé ne correspond pas à la réservation. Je ne vous parle même pas de la salle petit déjeuner. ... Ne mettez plus cet établissement votre site car ce n'est pas un hôtel! !! Sin dal nostro arrivo ci sono stati dei problemi:

innanzitutto il posto non è segnalato,ci siamo fermate a chiedere informazioni c'è stato detto che eravamo le quarte a chiedere di quest'hotel e c'è stato consigliato di cambiare posto. Era impossibile arrivarci in auto e dopo essere arrivate a piedi al condominio, ci ha "accolto" una donna blaterando che avremmo dovuto recarci al punto informazioni del paese per il check in.Alla nostra domanda se avremmo dormito lì, non abbiamo avuto risposta.Avemmo dovuto capire come sarebbe proseguita.All'indirizzo datoci dalla donna abbiamo scoperto che si trattava di un'agenzia di viaggi.La nostra camera sarebbe stata pronta alle 15, nonostante l'orario di check in fosse per le 11. Dopo quattro ore, in attesa della loro chiamata mai arrivata, passate in spiaggia spendendo 20£ di parcheggio (doveva essere compreso nel prezzo della stanza, ma per l'addetta dell'agezia- ci "saremmo dovute arrangiare perchè levanto è una città piccola e non c'è posto per tutti) chiamiamo noi:a minuti ci avrebbero mandato qualcuno a prenderci per accompagnarci all'hotel, lasciando intendere che avrebbero caricato noi e le valigie.Si presenta quindi un ragazzo in bici, che ci ha portato ancora all'agenzia: la nostra camera ancora non esisteva e alla nostra insistenza,ne hanno trovata una a 40 min a piedi da lì.Se prenotate alla Perla Blu avete due possibilità:o essere tra i fortunati che vedranno l'hotel,o perdere 6 ore,20£ in parcheggio, trascinare le proprie valigie seguendo l'accompagnatore spaesato in bici

Important... Go to corso Italian 1-3 there several places, you can stay. Nice room centrally, love the city, parking at the train station, 10 minutes walk away.

Nice apartment in town

It took a while to find the office for this hotel(it is not) and it took another while to get staff to welcome you. After that, it went smoothly for me. I got an 2 bedroom apartment(I booked the family room) close to the office. Only negative thing was it lacked AC but as it was on the first floor not too high off from the big street it was located, I didnt want to open the windows too much so it was a bit hot at night. For free breakfast I got voucher for a bar/cafe at the same street for unlimited stuff my family ordered. Judge from the customers, it was popular among the locals. It was good enough for me. For the price I paid and the location(inside Levanto, close to both train station and beach), this hotel was a good deal.

Mi sono trovato bene sia come posizione sia come servizi della camera. Ottima la colazione in balcone e funzionale la camera. Avevo avvisato anche telefonicamente che arrivavo alle 21.30 ma all'ufficio non erano al corrente, tuttavia hanno rimediato subito e sono stati abbastanza veloci al check in

Das Zimmer ist sehr schlicht gehalten mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Es gibt keine Sitzmöglichkeiten und die Küche Bzw. Der Balkon auf dem gefrühstückt wird ist nicht zugänglich. Das beste am Frühstück ist der Kaffee, denn dazu gibt es eingepackte Croissants, Schinken und aufgebackenes Brot. Die gesamte Wohnung riecht sehr streng nach Kloreiniger, was auf Dauer ziemlich unangenehm ist. Dazu kommen die wirklich sehr dünnen Wände! Von seinen Nachbarn hört man alles und spätestens ab 8 wird man von der Kaffeemaschine im Flur geweckt. Einzig die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in der Stadt und am Strand. Dennoch stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einfach nicht. Parkplätze gibt es auch nicht und müssen für 15€ pro Tag zusätzlich erworben werden. Insgesamt würde ich einen Aufenthalt nicht empfehlen und wenn max. für eine Nacht.
