"The location is excellent, the room itself was a little small but spotless and quiet with very good double glazed windows which could be opened for a bit of breeze. The bathroom was small but efficient and clean. The management were very responsive to our questions. The only thing that was a bit below standard was the common areas, staircase and hallways were a bit grotty and don't look like they have been cleaned in a while. Overall a pretty good experience."

"Location is great, walkable to all Edinburgh attractions. The place was relatively easy to find, instructions how to get in were sent via email and were clear. The apartment itself is modern and clean, furniture comfortable, large bed, nice clean sheets and towels, large and modern bathroom with great shower. Kitchen was also large and had a sensible kit for cooking. I personally didn’t care for the pillows - too high and stiff for me, but it’s just my preference. There are too many confusing...

"This flat was great, super clean and absolutely huge. The living room kitchen area is really big, as is the bedroom, the bathroom is good with a really great shower. Everything was super clean, plus they have a very clear recycling system which is great to see. The key code system for entry was super easy and clear, and the luggage room was really helpful and easy to access. Loved our stay! "

"Nice modern decor, great location. I didn't like that the washer/dryer gave me problems and I could not get the dryer to work. This was disappointing, luckily I only washed a few light items. Better instruction for use of the dryer might be helpful."

"The apartment was very nice and spacious with all the amenities one would need, it was indeed a home away from home. Everything was well labeled with detailed instructions. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped and nice. The living room was large and there is Netflix!! on the TV. We can't ask for anything better. The location was excellent with wide street and plenty of parking on the road. Highly recommended."

"Great location on a quiet street right off the Royal Mile. Steps away from St Giles Cathedral and very close to Grassmarket. Easy walk to Waverley station. Would advise using a cab to the hotel if you have large bags as uphill walk can be tough. Much easier to go downhill. Rooms were great and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."
