"Arriving to check in to have to try and contact someone via watsapp only to be given a silly excuse as to why they didnt have a room ,apparently previous guests had damaged the property is check out not 11am this should have been noted before 7pm . . The inconvenience of having to find alternative place to stay and still waiting for a refund .sorry not acceptable "

"The owner had mislaid my booking, and then the room was already occupied by someone else. Waited for an hour outside the property with minimal responses. Had to give up and find somewhere else instead."

"We didn’t even get to stay in the hotel waited 30minutes outside for them to tell us the people before damaged the property so we could not stay so they left a 18year old and 17 year old with no where to stay 3hours away from home so not the best visit if I say so myself and will not be going back "

"Beautiful location in easy reach of bridlington and fraisthorpe,Ben was very responsive and helpful,the only downside was the beds weren't made up and there were no provisions ready,ie.toiltries but thankfully I took a roll with us ...but besides that there was everything we needed."

"The sea view 2 bedroom apartment is lovely, the view is just gorgeous. The beds are quite small though, and at the start there was a bit of a smell of unwashed humans that seemed to be ingrained but maybe it was just lingering from previous occupants as by the next day I couldn't smell it anymore. The main flaw of this property for us though was the lack of blackout curtain in the front bedroom, which is east facing, making it very hard for me to sleep well past 4.30am when the sun was rising."

"Great property close to the coast for dog walking on the beach.. The wood fired hot tub is awesome.. beats the jacuzzi style hands down. Laying in hot water with zero noise pollution and zero light pollution, bar the fairy lights, was so peaceful.. Very clean property equipped with everything we needed. Liam is a great host. Already checking dates for the next stay.."

"Not fit for family with small children, rooms were smelly possibly were not used/ lack of ventilation. We stayed in the loft room and sleep was disturbed as it was raining and there were plenty of noise of drops on loft windows. Also, noise from main road. "

"If you want something reasonably priced this is the place for you , We stayed for two nights in a pod and found it very comfortable and enjoyable , we will defo be back !!!"
