Matt was a wonderful host...so friendly and helpful...made us feel right at home :) He makes a yummy breakfast! Wish we could have stayed more than one night and would definitely rebook if we have the chance to return to Scotland!

Matthew is a wonderful host, great to chat with and makes sure all your needs are taken care of. A beautiful warm comfortable home with a good sized room, and spotless facilities. Great breakfast options complete this perfect stay.

Great stay in a small village along the shore.

The room was comfortable and our host was very pleasant. Every effort was made to make our stay easy. A stroll through the village and along the shoreline was very relaxing. And the breakfast, ready at exactly the time requested, was delicious and a great touch.

2 Night Stay

We had a 2 night stay whilst visiting relatives in the area and Matt gave us a lovely room overlooking the sea.Very comfy bed and nice shower.We had fresh cooked breakfast both days which was also very nice.There are 2 restaurants and a pub locally that we visited that were good.Would stay with Matt again when next in area hes a lovely host

Matt the owner was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with a problem that occurred during my stay (nothing to do with him), and we had very nice conversations during breakfast. Those breakfasts were excellent by the way. Loved the location by the water. Room was very comfortable and convenient to area golf courses.

After 3 cramped and chaotic days in London, the Seascape Largo was exactly what we needed. The home is nestled perfectly in a little seaside village. The home is clean and the shower is HOT! The host, Matt, is welcoming and knowledgeable. Breakfast was prepared fresh each morning. We spent 2 nights here splitting our time between St Andrews and Edinburgh. The location was great; we drove 20 minutes to St. Andrews but took the Leven station train into Edinburgh, which was perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough. My husband and I hope to make a return trip when our children are old enough.

We arrived and were warmly welcomed by our host, Matt. He was a wealth of information on things to do and places to eat. His wonderful home is situated on Lower Largo Beach and there was access to the water for walks. There is ample parking a short walk (70-50 yards) away. His breakfast and wonderful stories were very entertaining. We stayed 2 days and wish it was longer.

This was our best B & B stay on our Scotland adventure. Excellent host with great recommendations and a wonderful breakfast. Stayed 3 days, it was great to go out for the day and come "Home" for the evening. If we're ever back we will stay here again.

Mathew is a superhost who kept us well-fed with his marvellous cooked breakfast. We had a wonderful time staying here, and enjoyed chatting with him, learning about the local community, his experiences and his cooking recipes! The room is clean and comfortable. The place is near a number of nice restaurants and right by the seaside.

Matt is an excellent friendly and caring host, we share a lot of interests and I felt I could talk to him about anything. Breakfast was excellent - Out of the wide choice I chose - Black Pudding, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Potato Scone and Pork Sausage with Wholemeal Toast, Orange Juice and a 4 or 5 cup cafeteirre of excellent strong coffee !! Would certainly go back there in a heatrbeat !!
