"I paid for the whole place yet when I arrived, Maria argued with me that I had not, for an hour. Her argument was that I had less people than 10 so I didnt need all bedrooms. That was not an option on VRBO website. Finally she accepted that our cleaning fee was paid and opened up the annexe. It was a needless hour wasted and left us all feeling a little shaken. "Breakfast was very reasonable (10€) and decent spread for a continental breakfast - beats paying much more for airport food. Reception staff were very friendly and approachable. Bar was open for snacks after late flight arrivals and able to take up to the room which was great. About 7 minutes walk to the airport so overall this was a great stay for an overnight layover in Porto."
