"I paid for the whole place yet when I arrived, Maria argued with me that I had not, for an hour. Her argument was that I had less people than 10 so I didnt need all bedrooms. That was not an option on VRBO website. Finally she accepted that our cleaning fee was paid and opened up the annexe. It was a needless hour wasted and left us all feeling a little shaken. "The location was good! Restaurants shopping ect. Getting in and out of the apartment was Very hard! 50 steps straight up! 4 flights to get up to the apartment!! No hand rails mold on the walls all the way up the stairs! Only one light working in the bathroom. Only one sheet provided for the couch downstairs. No pillows or blankets!!
