"Booked as an overnight stop the day before travelling back to UK via EuroTunnel. Really very pleasantly surprised. "Perfect stay other than signage to access through the gates and where to check in - this was frustrating after a long drive. "We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or ..."
