From making massage reservations before we arrived to ensuring a cab was waiting for us to return to the airport - staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We loved the Israeli wines and coffee bar available 24/7, the generous breakfast buffet with extended hours, our lower level room was extremely quiet and had a lovely patio, and most importantly we felt safe even in these turbulent times. "A quiet haven in the middle of Tel Aviv. Fantastic location opposite the best ice cream shop in the city and right by the pedestrian walkway which leads to Jaffa, the light rail and the sea.
